Foot -> Settings -> Menu Editor

Create a menu item that has calls a script that contains the commands you
want to run.

If the script needs to be interactive, ie; you want to enter the filename
when launched try Xdialog <http://xdialog.free.fr/>. It comes with a sample
named "inputbox" that should do just fine.
