Yeah - Alan 'released' gnorpm by just tar'ing the CVS directory, gzipping,
then uploading.
The /proper/ way is to do a 'make distcheck'. Here is what you should do:
1) untar the archive, cd gnorpm/po, 'cp ja.po ka.po' (I assume you do not use
the ka locale), then 'cd ../..', 'mv gnorpm gnorpm-0.95', then:
'tar -c gnorpm|gzip -f > gnorpm-0.95.tar.gz'
This will fix the broken 'ka.po' locale, and will now allow you to create an
RPM.
