Regarding the GnomePreferences widget. It uses the GtkNotebook widget for
differentiating between related options. But this method for using the
Notebook widget, IMO, is good for if the "group" of various options are
very few. But if the "groups" of options are a lot, using the Tree widget
makes sense (as Netscape and Gimp show).
