This is configured in Netscape also under Edit / Preferences / Mail &
Newsgroups / Mail Servers
configuration sheet the look at Outgoing Mail Server section.  Make sure
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server is set to localhost and that you have the
correct username in Outgoing mail server username.  If all this is correct
can you send mail using elm?
