iXvnc and gdm

Hi

I'm using the VNC with the ixvnc patch to allow it to run from
inetd. However, although I can get xdm and kdm to work, I am unable
to get gdm to work. As it works for the other two this definitely
seems to be an issue with gdm.

Below are the sort of errors I'm getting.

Any help would be much appreciated.

In the /var/gdm/localhost:99.log file I get the following sort of
messages.
Xlib: connection to "localhost:99.0" refused by server^M
