terminal ignore --use-factory?

Hello,
I use the helix rpm of gnome-core 1.2.1.

When I start gnome-terminal as factory server and open another 
one with --use-factory it takes the fonts from ~/.gnome/terminal and 
uses the default settings for all other options, but none from the 
factory-server.

Is that behaviour intended?
