Apparently there shouldn't be a LATEST-IS-1.2.4 link, either.
I gather it was made, uploaded, and scrapped because one of the
patches broke binary compatibility. Advice from IRC (hah! I
trust everything I hear on IRC, really I do... -- but this is
from someone who should know) is to stick with 1.2.3 for now.
