Gnome and WindowMaker desktop menus

I've installed WindowMaker to work with the latest version of Gnome; 
however, my problem is that when I right click on the desktop I do not get 
Gnome's menu list. I have disabled WindowMaker mouse actions and I still 
can't get Gnome's menu.
