Order of menu-items in the footmenu

The order of the items in the footmenu is set by some .order files. This
does not work when it is different languages that are being used. If I
sort it in the correct order for swedish it will look bad when I use
it in english.

I would like an option to let the panel sort it automaticly. All
the submenus (directorys) first sorted among themself and then the
entries (also sorted among themself), and sorted for the current
language used of course.

Do the .order files support different languages in some way?
