Re: Sawmill and libglade problems

Still peeling the onion on my sawmill build errors...

I've solved the enable-capplet option problem thanks to help from the list
and a new version of control-center. Now I'm getting the following make
error:

<snip>
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/sawmill-0.20.1/capplet'
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/sawmill-0.20.1/lisp'
SAWMILLLISPDIR=. SAWMILLDOCFILE=../DOC
/usr/local/libexec/rep/i686-pc-linux-gnu/libtool --mode=execute -dlopen
../src/libgradient.la ../src/sawmill --batch --no-rc compiler -f
compile-lib-batch .
../src/sawmill: error in loading shared libraries: librep.so.5: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [lisp] Error 127
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/sawmill-0.20.1/lisp'
</snip>

I've installed librep-0.9 and get the following output from locate:

[root@localhost sawmill-0.20.1]# locate librep.so.5
/usr/local/lib/librep.so.5.0.1
/usr/local/lib/librep.so.5

Do I need to set some environment variable or configuration option to cause
the sawmill build to look in usr/local for this .so file, or am I
mis-interpreting the above error output?

Regards,
Mike
