RPMs and little off-topic

Hi!

I've done this question several times in GNOME Packaging but no one ever 
answered.
There was a list of package maintainers being done but no packages (only 
some IRIX ones)  have been uploaded to ftp.gnome.org . Are there any plans 
to let maintainers upload packages?

And a little off-topic question: does anyone know a free X server for NT 4? 
I'd like to use GNOME at work :)
