No luck here. I used the diff to upgrade my 1.1.3 sources, and
compilation fails:

make[4]: Entering directory
`/export/home/src/build/gnome-core-1.1.4/panel/help/C'
make[4]: *** No rule to make target `figures/newtest/glob_pref_anim.png', needed
by `all-am'.  Stop.

I have no such file. Do I need the complete source tarball?
