Where is libgnomeprint.so.3 ???????

I have been trying to install Oregano but I am having a dependency problem
with gnome-print. Gnome-print or better yet libgnomeprint.so.3 is
required for the installation, but I can't find anything newer than
libgnomeprint.so.2 . Where can I find the gnome-print with the
libgnomeprint.so.3???????
