This isn't quite the right list for this, but freetype.h comes from the 
freetype package.  I took a look on ftp.enlightenment.org and it looks
like the url is:

ftp://ftp.enlightenment.org/enlightenment/enlightenment/libs/

freetype.tar.gz is in there.
