Feature in Gnome-pager is not in Desk guide?

Hello!

        I really liked the feature in gnome-pager where you clicked on the
arrow, and you were presented with the task list.

        I can't make Desk Guide to do that.

I am running:

gnome-libs 1.0.54
gnome-applets-1.1.2
gnome-core-1.1.2

        Any options? (besides using the Task List applet)
