gnomeConf.sh

Hello

I've been trying to install some programs (most recently balsa) and I
keep coming up with this error:
checking for gnomeConf.sh file in /usr/local/lib... not found
configure: error: Could not find the gnomeConf.sh file that is generated
by gnome-libs install

I recently installed Helix-Gnome  and it seemes that's when the problem
developed.  Does Helix put this file in a differant location, or has it
been deleted all together?  If anyone could help me locate this file, I
would really appreciate it
