IM-LIB failure?

Hi, 

I can not get IM-LIB to install correctly.  The gtk_lib.h file is not
install when a make install is done.

I am fairly new to the workings of autoconf, so if someone can help
this newbie out in getting IMLIB to install correctly, it would be
muchly appreciated...
