anoncvs is broken

If you have experienced brokeness on anoncvs, please
mail cvsmaster@gnome.org
 
Only if you mail numerous will things change.

My personal feeling is that we should change the current round-robbin
dns setup and ask people to login on different cvs servers depending 
on their locations.

If you agree with this, please, mail cvsmaster@gnome.org
Eliot may try to fix things if he sees 100 mails about this
in his mailbox.
