One thing goes wrong...

...and helix update aborts everything. 

I was doing an update with Helix update. I pick everything and sit back.
Everything goes fine until the end when it informs me that I need guile to
install gnucash. Fine. Except that when I went back to the updater I found
that none of my previous selections had been installed either. Is this a
bug or a feature? It's not urgent or anything, just annoying.
