[PATCH] Fix closing with WM's button

I have fixed the problem described in mails from Frederick Ros and Joaquim
Fellmann.

I have added a destroy handler to BalsaMessage, the problem was that the
message was being destroyed before the message it contained - leading to bad
pointers.

Also in this patch..

Renamed balsa_message_create -> balsa_message_new which is conventional - this
involved renaming another balsa_message_new which sent a new message and
making
it static.

Redid the check for GtkHTML - it will now except any version not specifically
rules out - this seems to be how most packages work...
