Looking for Web Studio or similar

Hi,

I was reading a linux book [The complete linux reference] just for fun, like you

do, and I saw a mention in the gnome section of some web page development tools
- one being a wysiwyg tool called Web Studio.  I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Does anyone know if and where it is? - or anything similar?
