gdm2 beta 2 won't log me in if I double-click on a user

As the subject suggests, double-clicking on a user icon doesn't work.
After double-clicking on the user icon and entering my password, the
screen blanks as if it's logging in, but then it comes back to the login
window.  If I try it again, then gdm seems to hang--i.e. nothing
happens.  The screen remains visible with my background color, but
nothing happens.  I have to <CTRL>-<ALT>-<BACKSPACE>, and usually the
login window comes back.  Also, I've noticed that I have 2 gdm processes
going.  Is this correct?  So basically there are 3 issues:
1)  Can't log in by double-clicking on user icon
2)  gdm2 hangs if the login fails more than once
3)  I want to verify that there should be 2 gdm processes.  I wonder
since others have posted that things seem to get started twice.

Should I submit bug reports, or are these known issues?  Please let me
know.
