These are just placeholder filenames, not really meant to do anything.

If people want to post links to their sound collections (maybe something
like gtk.themes.org), that would be nice, but probably it would be better
if these were taken care of separately. I am trying to get rid of the
whole sound events thing from gnome-libs and find a way to maintain all
that separately; I'd also like to lose gnome-audio if possible, and wind
up with something more like how themes work.
