There is no recursion in there, it's not even paradoxical. It's merely
meta.  And of course, it is wrong, or at least exaggerated.

You really seem to be pretty "green" if you expect a rationale and
useful discussion after the "which is better: C or C++" question.
This thread here on the gnome-list was actually very civilized and
somewhat productive, but it wasn't the first of its kind.

You say that you are satisfied with the explanations, and hope to
understand them later; that you want to learn.  This is the right way.
Maybe you already understand how my comment could be helpful after
all.
