Pager problems.

If I switch from Window Maker to E and then back again, the pager gets all
confused and thinks that I have four desktop areas per workspace.  Which
program is at fault?  Window Maker, E, the pager, or the gnome workspace
hints themselves.  I don't think that it is the pager, and I haven't
looked closely enough at any of the others to tell.

Any guesses?
