Rumor has it that raster is working on a themeable widget set for
enlightenment.
He has the beginnings of a widget set in CVS already.  It won't be gtk, but
maybe
we can convince him to tie the theming to gtk (since hopefully he'll be
involved in
the next version of gtk theming)...
