RE: Installation problems.



in your ~/.xinitrc file make sure you have this line, "gnome-session" and
nothing else gnome or E related (such as panel). then when you get to that gray
screen, hit your middle mouse button, and choose something under "themes".
that should work, if i interpreted you correctly.
