I think they only put the linuxdoc -> docbook converter in the 1.1 series
of sgmltools. I think the idea was that people would convert over to
docbook during the 1.1 series, and linuxdoc stuff would not be needed in
the 2.0 series of sgmltools. I had to get some of the stuff out of the
1.1 package to perform the conversion for some of my docs.
