Re: Gnome and Sound



Thanks for the tip.  I tried that, but I got the following message:

 esddsp x11amp &

                                                                                133) x11amp: error in loading shared libraries
libesddsp.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

[2]    Exit 127                      esddsp x11amp


I did a locate on libesddsp.so and it's in /usr/lib:
/usr/lib/libesddsp.so.0
/usr/lib/libesddsp.so.0.2.8

Is there a reason why they're not being found?  I'm on a RedHat 5.2 i386.  I installed everything from the RPMs.
