IMO GNOME has a very poor bug reporting system that randomly rejects bug
submissions, is very poorly documented, and is understood only by the people
who set it up.

For example, the behavior of submit@bugs.gnome.org is in direct conflict with
the documentation at the above URL.  If an unknown Package is listed, the mail
will *bounce*, not be forwarded to maintonly as alleged.
