RE: gdm submission



The point is that gnome strives to be easy to use. Having to hit some
oddball sequence like ctrl alt del to login is and allways will be a bad
idea. When you need a login box, it should be presented to you. I just love
how when you sit down at an nt box you get alittle window saying hit control
alt delete to login. What the heck... why didnt they use that space for
something usefull like a login box. :)  Microsoft says that they are trying
to make things easy to use but requireing ctl alt delete for login is not
easy to use. If someone really wants to persue this issue, add the feature.
but for hevens sake dont make it default.
