Idea about icon sizing

Hello all

Just got last libs from CVS & tried resizable panel. Seems right thing,
but then I have following idea:

There should be global config params for entire GNOME, a la
GNOME_ICON_SIZE
GNOME_ICON_FONT

These would be used by panel (launchers, drawers), gmc, toolbars etc.

It should be possible to overwrite these params per item by user.
i.e. to have large drawers, but small desktop icons. Or to have large
toolbars in gmc but small ones in terminals.
