GMC 4.5.33 - install/compile bugs on Solaris.

2 little snaglets:

a) ./configure complained that grep doesn't take a "q" option just before the 
end.  Indeed it doesn't on Solaris.  But the configuration seems to have worked 
OK anyway.

b) I still need to #define MAX after the #includes in gnome/gscreen.c, as the 
initial define gets thrown away elsewhere =O(

Otherwise, seems fine =O)
