bugs.gnome.org doesn't work

    In each of the weekly summaries, Havoc Pennington has encouraged people
to use the bug reporting system at bugs.gnome.org. I have tried constantly
to mail my bug report to submit@bugs.gnome.org, but it keep getting returned
by the mailer-daemon, citing a fatal delivery error. I have a bug here that
hasnt been fixed in the last two gnome-libs releases, although I have
exchanged mail with Miguel about this problem, and posted to the list.
