Re: esd eats 25% cpu?



Try the latest esound snapshot (from at least Jan 28th) (make sure 
your audiofile is also semi-recent (updated after 18th Jan if I 
remember correctly). I encountered the EXACT same problem, and 
the Jan 28th snapshot of esound fixed it for me. (under 1% CPU 
now)
