[ANNOUNCE] esound support for xemacs 20.4

Hi,

I have hacked support for esound into xemacs 20.4. The patch is at

If you're using XEmacs & ESD, be sure to try it and mail me your
success or failure reports, gripes, wishes, etc. With enough people
testing it, I'll try getting this into the canonical tree.
