my work-around for gtk-engines

earlier I reported that the pixmap theme from cvs was not working.  that
the *.so libraries were not being built.  gtk-engines comes with libtool
1.2e I have 1.2b on my system.  so I moved the libtool that comes with
gtk-engines to /tmp and linked instead libtool 1.2b from to the
gtk-engines directory.  I don't know if anyone else was having this
problem but this worked for me.
