Can't submit bug to submit bugs gnome org

I'm trying to add a "wishlist" item to the Gnome bugs database, but the
"submit@bugs.gnome.org" address keeps bouncing. Sending "help" to
"request@bugs.gnome.org" returns a similar message. Am I doing anything
wrong? Here's the bounce message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at tirania.nuclecu.unam.mx.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.

Subject: Allow user to save a "snapshot" session for future sessions

Some people (myself included) prefer to have a consistent desktop upon
login, instead of "whatever was running on the last login". I suggest that
one of the following options be implemented to support these users:

1) A "Save Session on Exit" toggle (probably in Session Manager Properties,
probably TRUE by default), combined with a "Save Session Now" command. Users
could set the toggle to FALSE, set up their session as they like, and hit
the "Save Session Now" button. Future invocations of Gnome would
consistently show the same set of programs.

2) A "Save Session" toggle on the logout screen. This would be a bit more
difficult to use - the user would have to log in, set up their session, log
out with the toggle set, and then log in and remember to unset the toggle
when they log out.

This would also be useful in the "Internet Cafe" type of environment where
many people may use the same machine without separate accounts.
