I have successfully built rpms for Balsa.
You can get them at ftp://thestuff.net/pub/balsa
Also there are rpms for libPropList needed by balsa
Whoever is in charge of cvs:
In ftp://thestuff.net/pub/balsa/balsa there are two files, Makefile.in and
balsa.spec, these need to be placed in balsa cvs tree.
In ftp://thestuff.net/pub/libPropList there are two files, Makefile.in and
libPropList, these need to be placed in the libPropList cvs tree.
