gnumeric-0.12

  Just finished installing gnumeric-0.12 and had a slight problem installing
it. When it hit the doc directory install failed saying it couldn't find
the command 'mkinstalldirs'. Wound up copying it from the top src directory
into the 'doc' directory and then the install completed.

PS: Was going to write a message about 0.11 compile failing in the 'perl'
    area but hadn't done it yet 'cause I saw 0.12 was out and it built
    the perl plugin with no problem :-)
