Keybindings error in e-conf

Hi.

I was fiddling around with the GKB Intenational Keyboard applet.  After
that when I try to configure e with gnomecc or e-conf I get this
message.

IPC communications Error
Recived Unknown Cliend Message
Client Name: Enlightenment Configuration Utility
Client Version: 0.2.0
Message Contents:

get_keybindings.

And then e-conf doesn't load.

I've tried recompiling gnomecc, and removing the configuration
directories in my home directories, but no go.  Any clues?  Hints?
