Session Management already has the tools. scwm sets the
RestartStyleHint to "Restart Immediately", so if it is killed or dies
unexpectedly, the session manager immediately restarts it (there
should be some kind of loop-protection like in init, though). If you
deliberately end scwm, it removes the property first, nothing is
restarted then. I think this is reasonable behaviour for a wm.
