Is lack of dnd a bug?

I was playing around with various apps and utilities to see if I could
find bugs *smiles devilshly*.

I noticed that most apps don't use drag-and-drop. My question is, does
that count as bugs or is that too big for 1.0?

For example, is would be nice to be able to drag a textfile from gmc to
gless. But is it neccassary enough to get down before 1.0?
