I thought he meant that in xterm or rxvt (for instance) I can start a
selection, drag _up_ the screen, and when I get to the top it will
automatically scroll back thru the buffer, moving the scrollbar
accordingly and highlighting as I go.
I don't get this behavior with 99.2 but someone else said it works out
of CVS.
