Or, use Desk Guide to make it sticky.  I use that with IceWM because it
can't offer the sticky option unless the app uses traditional caption
bars.  GKrellM, for example (and Xmms, I imagine) completely take over
their own appearance, so there's no way with IceWM to pop up the window
menu for the app.
