Hi everyone,

    Well, I got a little carried away and sent out a few more books
than I should have; instead of 12, we ended up giving away 36.  I hope 
everyone who got one enjoys it, but I'm afraid I have to declare the
book offer officially over.

    Happy hacking to all those that got a book.
