GTK+/Gnome Development book

I'm just wondering if the new GTK+/Gnome Development by Havoc
Pennington has been released. Looking at amazon it looks like it
has. I believe there was some talk that the book also would be
available from the net. I plan to buy a copy, but I expect it will
take some weeks before it will be available here in Norway, so it
would be nice if one could read the html version in the meantime.
