gnome-libs little change

Hello,

The menu entry "Create _New Window" from gnome-libs is used by gmc on
a menu alongside a "_New" entry (which opens a submenu to choose what kind
of new thing to launch: new terminal, new this, new that etc)
that cause problems.

Souldn't the "Create _New Window" of gnome-libs be changed to
"Create New _Window" ?
It is on line 230 of libgnomeui/gnome-app-helper.c

If it is changed note to change also all po/*.po files to don't lose the
transaltion (a simple sed oneliner should do).

If you agree with the little change I ca ndo it.
