Switching to next running app with Alt-Tab

Hello,

I would like to have alt-tab cycle through all windows, even iconized
ones. How can I achieve this ?

Right now, in fact, it's not even cycling through non-iconized ones.
SOmetimes it is, but sometimes it cycles through a subset of
non-iconized ones, and then again it, well, it doesn't to me it
behaves in a very consistent way :-).
