manpage for esd

Somebody on IRC just pointed out that esd has no manpage.

Anybody with a GNOME machine handy (mine is in transit) want to hack one 
up quickly?

Also for any other apps that are more of services gnome uses rather than 
end-user apps, those should also have manpages... like gnome-session...
